We are currently looking for a talented restaurant supervisor. This position would suit a junior supervisor looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to showcase their knowledge.

What we offer;

–          Full time position working 5 days in 7 with full holiday entitlement.

–          Salary up to £20 000 plus gratuities.

What we are looking for;

–          Senior waiting and bar experience essential

–          Organisational skills

–          Team player

–          Self-motivated

–          Friendly, outgoing and personable individual

–          Experience and knowledge of wines and modern cocktails

–          I.T. proficiency is preferable.

Duties the job entails;

–          Overseeing the daily operation of the business, including opening, closing and cashing up.

–          Responsibilities of the FOH stock. Including ordering, stock taking and costing.

–          The supervision of staff and completion of rotas.

–          Taking charge of the back of house and POS systems.
