We are currently looking for a talented restaurant supervisor. This position would suit a junior supervisor looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to showcase their knowledge.

  • Senior waiting and bar experience essential
  • Organisational skills

  • Friendly, outgoing and personable individual
  • Experience and knowledge of wines and modern cocktails
  • I.T. proficiency is preferable.

Duties the job entails;

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the business, including opening, closing and cashing up
  • Responsibilities of the FOH stock. Including ordering, stock taking and costing
  • The supervision of staff and completion of rotas
  • Taking charge of the back of house and POS systems.
